FAQS

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email from Lace Antlers Clothing Co. once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup/drop off. Please make sure to verify your junk folder.

Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?

We are located in Val Rita, ON. We currently only operate online, however, if you would like to see an item in person, please feel free to contact us by email. We will do our best to help you selecting the perfect item.

Do you take custom orders?

No, unfortunately we don't. The items we have available to purchase are on our website and Etsy.

How can I track my package?

In your shipment confirmation email, you will see a tracking number attached. If not, your item was small enough to be sent through Lettermail (Canada) or Small Packet (USA).

I haven't received my item. What can I do?
If, for some reason, your package has not arrived, please feel free to send us an email. We would be more than happy to assist you with this issue.
My item needs to be adjusted, do you still do customizations?
Unfortunately, due to the increase in orders, we cannot adjust garments anymore. However, we are always here to help assist you to ensure your item is exactly what you've expected it to be and more.  
How long does it take to get my order?
Our current turnaround time is 1-3 business days and 3-5 business days during busier times. Within Canada, we ship our orders through Expedited Parcel, which takes approximately 5-7 business days. Internationally, we ship orders through Small Packet – Air which takes approximately 6 to 12 business days. If your item is small enough to ship through Lettermail, it will take more time to reach you. We encourage you to select the Expedited or Small Paquet - Air shipping services. 

 For orders that are being delivered locally, expect your orders to arrive a day or two after your 1-3 business days turnaround timeframe. This also applies to pick-up, but you are free to come anytime.
I want to pick up my order, but don't know how it works.
Once your order has been marked as ready for pick-up, you will receive instructions on where we are located. Your order will be safely placed in a bin outside, safe from snow and rain. You are free to come whenever you are available. This provides smooth and easy contactless pick-up, whenever you are free to stop by.  
My item doesn't fit/wasn't exactly what I wanted.
It's important to us that you love your Lace Antlers Clothing Co. items. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will provide you with either a refund to your original method of payment or a store credit if you desire or you used a gift card to purchase.  
Do we have to ship back/deliver our returned items?
Yes, you will need to ship your items back to us or deliver them to our physical location in our "pick-up bin" at your own expense.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.laceantlersclothingco.com (the “Site”). 

 PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We refer to this information as “Order Information.” Your credit card information is stored within our Shopify platform, which means we cannot see your credit card numbers. 

 When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information. 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? 

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. 

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
